Important information for delegates presenting papers: Presenters are reminded that earlybird registration closes on 31 August 2007. Please note also that, in order to ensure a place in the program, registration payments for presenters must be received by 14 November 2007. The final conference program is due at press on 15 November.

Notification of any alterations or cancellations must be sent by post, fax or email to Nena Bierbaum. Delegates cancelling before Wednesday 28 November 2007 will receive a refund of registration fees, less an administrative fee of $50.00. No refunds will be made after 28 November 2007. If you are unable to attend, you may nominate someone else to attend in your place at no additional cost.
